Hi, I'm Rebecca.

I'm the founder of Enable Futures, a recruitment specialist and a proud South West girl. I've always believed that recruitment should be about people, relationships and doing things properly.

After eight years in corporate recruitment, I knew my job inside out. I also knew there was a better way to do it. Recruitment had become too expensive, too rigid and too corporate for my liking.

So, in 2019, I took the leap. I built the kind of recruitment business I would want to work with myself.

Outside of work, my world revolves around my four-year-old daughter, our Cavapoo Millie, and my husband Shane.

Shane is also our Technical Director and the brains behind this website. So there's a little family teamwork behind the business too.
