What the forms collect
The vacancy form collects your name, company, email address, phone number, the role you are hiring for and anything you tell us about it.
The candidate form collects your name, email address, phone number, the kind of role you are looking for, anything you tell us about yourself and your CV.
Neither form stores anything on this website. Each one is sent to us as an email.
Why we collect it
We use your details to respond to you and to recruit. We do not use them for anything else.
Who we share your CV with
If you register as a candidate, we share your CV and details with prospective employers only for roles we put you forward for, and only with your agreement.
Our lawful basis
For candidates, we rely on your consent to hold your CV and to share it with employers, which you give when you tick the box on the candidate form. You can withdraw it at any time.
For employers and anyone else who gets in touch, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to your enquiry.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare: sends the emails that carry your form to us.
- Vercel: hosts this website.
- Fathom: counts visits without cookies.
- Google Workspace: runs Rebecca's inbox, where the emails arrive.
How long we keep it
We keep CVs and enquiries for two years after our last contact with you.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- see the details we hold about you
- correct them
- delete them
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
